Our process runs from discovery to launch, and then to ongoing support. It all starts with a framing phase where we work to understand your business, your users and the result you expect, before writing a single line of code. We would rather ask the right questions early than fix choices late in the project. This step avoids the most common trap: building the wrong thing quickly and well.
After that, we design, develop in short iterations, test and go live, then stay on hand to grow the web platform. At every step you see the work progress and you decide the priorities with us. That visibility spares you surprises and keeps control on your side. A project that is clear to the client is one you can steer, not one you have to endure.
Discovery lays the foundations: goals, constraints, budget and a realistic scope. Design turns those needs into flows and interfaces that you approve before development.
